HR OfficerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Coordinate and communicate with shortlisted candidates for interviews•Aarrange interview schedules and follow up on candidate confirmations•Prepare and print employment offers and contracts•Collect, organize, and file all HR-related documents and onboarding paperwork•Support the recruitment team with job postings, candidate tracking, and initial screenings•Maintain accurate records of hiring activities and provide regular updates to the HR ManagerRequirements:•Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field•1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or onboarding•Familiarity with the construction/contracting industry is an advantage•Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)•Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
