Job Description

Looking for a seasoned HR Officer to join our team in the Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.Responsibilities:– Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to interviewing.– Handle employee relations issues and provide HR policy guidance.– Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws.– Contribute to HR program development and implementation.– Maintain accurate HR documentation.Qualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.– 4-6 years of HR experience.– Proficiency in recruiting for blue-collar roles in manufacturing.– Proven track record in HR roles within the manufacturing sector.– Bilingual in English and Hindi (Required).– Knowledge of HR best practices and UAE labor laws.– Strong communication and organizational skills.
