Receive and process Manpower Requirement Requests, ensuring proper approvals are obtained and updating the Manpower Requirements Report. Source candidates from various recruitment platforms in a cost-effective manner and develop a CV database for active manpower requirements. Screen and shortlist CVs based on job specifications and descriptions, submitting them to GHRAM for review and feedback. Arrange interviews, coordinate between candidates and interviewers, and ensure smooth scheduling. Follow up on candidate selection and facilitate the approval process. Draft employment offers, manage approval processes, and communicate offer acceptance with candidates. Coordinate with the Admin Officer and PRO for the processing of work permits and employment visas. Ensure all joining formalities are completed, including data entry into the HR system, issuing appointment letters, and facilitating the induction program. Assist in updating recruitment documents and maintaining employee files. Serve as the primary contact for employee-related concerns, addressing inquiries, grievances, and conflicts in a professional manner. Manage employee requests for certificates, letters, and other HR documentation. Handle disciplinary actions and maintain disciplinary action (DA) records. Oversee the employee separation process, ensuring documentation and records are updated. Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate timesheet updates and payroll processing. Process leave salary and end-of-service pay through the HR system. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate internal and external training programs. Assist in developing and implementing learning and development strategies to enhance business performance. Secure online and portable learning resources to support continuous learning opportunities. Supervise the delivery of training programs, ensuring they align with the annual training calendar or ad hoc requests. Provide support to departments to fulfill their daily HR requirements.Qualifications:-Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or Business Administration-2-5 years of HR experience in UAE, focusing on recruitment, payroll, and employee relations-Experience in the gas-related industry is an advantage
