Job Title:Human Resources Manager-LOBJob Scope:The Human Resources Manager is accountable for setting the HR strategy and guiding the overall delivery of services, policies and programs through various initiatives. S/He leads the changemanagement process and projects and acts as a point of contact with employees ensuring a healthy and positive employee/employer relationship by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Technical and OperationsDevelop human resources related plans and strategies supporting the organization’s vision and implement efforts towards the achievement of the overall business objectivesProvide overall leadership and guidance to the human resources function by overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, retention, training and reward systemApply change management strategies and initiatives coping with new challenges and market dynamicsDevelop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needsPartner with the management team to build an engaging work cultureAssess and identify training needs while ensuring development plans are aligned with business objectives for continuous improvement of individuals, teams and organizational performanceIncrease employee engagement and motivation through regular on-site visits and foster an open-door policyOverlook the development of HR metrics, analyze results and design action plans as necessaryDevelop and monitor policies and procedures optimizing and standardizing operational workflowsEstablish and maintain a solid organization structure and recommend changes to job descriptions and hierarchies as neededDevelop strong working relationships throughout all hierarchy levels by providing advice, guidance and counseling as neededDeal with any performance or grievance issues taking necessary actions to instill higher levels of accountability and ownershipSupport in the implementation and customization of the HXM SAP softwareTalent DevelopmentEnsure that human capital and capabilities are aligned with the HR strategyAct as an agent of change and challenge structures and processes to accompany change initiativesLead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownershipDevelop capabilities and secure a solid succession planPosition Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource ManagementExperience:7 to 10 years of similar experience and minimum 2 to 3 years in a managerial roleYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
