Job Description

HR ManagerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :•Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with UAE labour law and company objectives.•Ensure HR practices support a positive work culture and employee engagement.•Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the organization.•Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and selection processes.•Oversee onboarding, induction, and smooth integration of new employees.•Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and KPI frameworks.•Support line managers in setting objectives and providing feedback.•Address performance issues and support in implementing improvement plans where needed.•Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.•Promote a healthy and professional work environment.•Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures where necessary.•Ensure full compliance with UAE labour law and relevant regulations.•Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation.•Coordinate with PRO and management on HR-related legal and governmental matters.•Oversee HR administration, employee files, and HRIS data.•Support payroll-related coordination (if applicable) and employee benefits processes.•Contribute to HR reports and management updates.Requirements :•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field•CIPD qualification is preferred.•UAE experience is mandatory.•Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).•Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.•Proven experience in: Recruitment & onboarding, Performance management•HR policy and process implementation•Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Benefits :•Competitive salary of 35,000 AED per month.•Opportunity to work with a growing real estate company in Dubai.•Professional and dynamic work environment.
