Developing and implementing human resources policies.
Supporting strategic objectives.
Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, butnot limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes andinvestigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, andmorale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Motivating and supporting current staff.
Maintaining staff records.
Handling employee benefits.
Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
Designing and directing training programs
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategyrelated to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training,initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance andstrategy needs
Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiringand talent management.
Develops and implements departmental budget.
Performs other duties as required.
Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and localemployment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews andmodifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
