This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable balancing operational responsibilities with strategic HR initiatives in a multi-country environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR operations for UAE and UK employees in compliance with local labor laws and regulationsOversee recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboardingSupport HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectivesHandle employee relations matters, performance management, and HR advisory supportCoordinate HR documentation, records, and reporting with accuracy and confidentialityWork closely with management to support workforce planning and HR strategyQualifications & Professional Memberships:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related disciplineCIPD Level 5 (minimum) or an equivalent recognized HR qualificationExperience Requirements:At least 5–7 years of progressive HR management experienceProven experience handling both operational and strategic HR functionsDemonstrated exposure to HR practices and compliance in both the UAE and UKStrong recruitment and talent acquisition backgroundExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
