HR GeneralistJob location : UAEResponsibilities :?Provide support to various HR-related functions (Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Recognition & Rewards, and Emiratisation)?Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives?Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews?Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policiesMinimum Requirements :?Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required.?Master?s Degree in Management of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.?Specialized accredited certificate in HR from SHRM / CIPD preferred.?Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR?Previous experience working on ERP / HRIS systems / HR.?Good knowledge and understanding of labor laws and regulations.Skills & Competencies :?Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.?Proficiency in Dashboards & Reports generation.?Team player and able to earn the trust of managers and employees.?Organized and detail-oriented.?Able to multitask, prioritize and collaborate on multiple work streams.
