HR GeneralistJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Reporting to Head of HR, will be responsible for all day to day HR activities like recruitment & selection, training & development, employee relations, leave, benefits & compensation.?Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments?Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and interviews?Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including weekly and monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes?Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development?Respond to human resources-related inquiries.?Develop and maintain talent management processes.?Monitor employee morale and company culture..?Identify future staffing needs.Requirements :?Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field?Proven success working in an HR generalist role?Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail?Thorough knowledge of UAE labour laws?Manufacturing Industry experience?Proven experience in handling headcount of 500+ employees?Experience in hiring blue collared and white collared jobs
