HR Executive / Onboarding SpecialistJob Location : United Arab Emirateskey responsibilities :•Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new colleagues, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.•Prepare and maintain all necessary onboarding documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and other required legal documents.•Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all onboarding activities, such as IT setup, access to systems, and office space arrangements, are completed timely and accurately.•Guide new hires through the necessary paperwork and ensure that all required documents are submitted and recorded appropriately.•Respond to employees inquiries related to onboarding processes and HR policies, offering guidance and support when needed..•Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.•Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.•Support in other HR related activities when required.•Experience and Skills: Proven experience in effective onboarding, showcasing successful bulk onboarding of new colleagues.•Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with hiring managers and candidates.•Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally•Proficiency in using tools to maintain trackers and and data for onboarding.
