Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening, and onboarding.Handle employee documentation, contracts, and records.Facilitate visa, work permits, and labor card processes with government authorities.Coordinate with government departments for licensing, registration, and compliance.Assist in employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.Maintain HR policies and procedures.Ensure timely renewal of visas and permits.Support administrative functions related to HR.Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as HR Executive and PRO in UAE.Knowledge of UAE labor laws and PRO procedures.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
