HR Executive (Arabic Speaker)Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.Manage employee records and HR documentation.Assist in employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures.Communicate effectively in Arabic and English to liaise with Arabic-speaking staff and stakeholders.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
