HR ExecutiveJob Location : United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding•Maintain employee records and HR databases•Assist in payroll preparation and leave management•Support employee relations, engagement, and performance management•Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies•Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required•Coordinate training and development activitiesRequirements :•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field•2-4 years of HR experience in the UAE (fit-out/interiors industry preferred)•Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)•Excellent communication and organizational skills•Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
