The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing HR operations effectively.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other databases.Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.Support in payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.Address employee queries and facilitate communication between staff and management.Support in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance management.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
