Recruitment & PayrollFor a suitable HR professional with Minimum 7+ Years of experience in Oil and Gas background on a similar role in United Arab Emirates.Qualification:BBA, MBA, MPA Specialization in Human Resource or equivalent. Attested degree from all the relevant authorities and currently available inside UAE.Roles and Responsibilities:-Manage the entire recruitment process.-Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.-Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and department managers.-Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.-Strong understanding of WPS and Payroll Management.-Knowledge of updated UAE labor law.-Record keeping and documentation.-Strong understanding of MS Office suit.
