HR ExecutiveJob Location: United Arab EmiratesWho will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions to support the organization’s growth and enhance employee engagement. This position plays a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Executive works closely with management and employees to ensure that HR policies and practices contribute to the organization’s overall success.1. Recruitment & Onboarding:•Assist HR Manager in recruitment, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.•Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.•Maintain and update job descriptions and job postings across platforms.•Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.2. Employee Relations:•Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts and grievances.•Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication.•Advise managers on employee performance issues and disciplinary actions.•Assist in creating performance improvement plans and monitor progress.3. Performance Management:•Support managers in the performance appraisal process, including goal setting and feedback discussions.4. Compensation & Benefits:•Assist with payroll preparation and ensure timely processing.•Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).•Support the HR Manager in conducting salary surveys and ensuring compensation practices are competitive.5. Compliance & Legal:•Ensure company policies comply with labor laws, health, and safety regulations.•Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.•Assist with audits and HR compliance tasks as required by local, state, and federal regulations.6. HR Administration:•Handle employee documentation, attendance tracking, and leave management.•Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.•Assist with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management and improvements.Required Qualifications & Skills:Education:•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:•Proven experience as an HR Executive, or similar role (typically 1-3 years).•Familiarity with HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.•Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment processes.Skills:•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.•Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.•Ability to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
