We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR operations and help build a strong company culture.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases• Support payroll and benefits administration• Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and other HR programs• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies• Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiriesQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred• Strong organizational and time management skills• Excellent verbal and written communication• High level of discretion and confidentiality• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is a plus
