Key Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databasesSupport recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentationHelp with processing employee benefits and payroll informationRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and proceduresPrepare HR-related reports and documentationEnsure confidentiality of sensitive HR informationRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred)Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HRStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
