This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and confident in handling multi-language communication, especially across Urdu, Hindi, and English.What You Will Be Doing:Assist the recruitment team with end-to-end hiring activities, including CV sourcing, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.Handle job postings across various online platforms and ensure accurate updates of internal recruitment databases.Coordinate with both office-based staff and field teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.Support onboarding and documentation procedures for newly selected employees.Maintain strong organizational practices and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.What You Need:2–4 years of proven experience in HR recruitment within the construction or manpower industry.Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English (spoken and written) to interact effectively with diverse applicants and staff.Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, applicant screening, and interview coordination.Ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.A strong understanding of UAE labor regulations and visa processing is considered a valuable advantage.Prior UAE experience in construction or contracting HR is highly preferred.
