The HR Assistant supports the HR department by performing administrative and clerical tasks related to recruitment, employee records, payroll, and other HR functions. The role ensures smooth HR operations and helps maintain employee satisfaction through effective communication and organization.Key Responsibilities:Assist in recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviewsMaintain and update employee records and HR databasesAssist in onboarding and orientation for new hiresSupport payroll processing and attendance trackingHandle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and proceduresPrepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and appraisal formsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)Previous experience in administrative or HR support roles is a plusBasic knowledge of labor laws and HR practicesProficiency in MS Office and HRIS software (if applicable)Good organizational and communication skills
