HR AssistantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Assist in managing employee records and maintaining HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.•Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.•Handle day-to-day employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.•Process and track employee documentation, such as contracts, leave requests, and performance appraisals.•Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.•Prepare and update HR-related reports, such as attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance documentation.•Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.•Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.Skills :•Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.•3+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
