HR AssistantJob Location : UAERoles & Responsibilities:•Coordinate and manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and end-of-service processes.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.•Oversee daily transportation and accommodation arrangements for employees.•Manage live-out requests, stay-in employees, and new joiners in the accommodations.•Monitor the CCTV systems in all accommodations to ensure security and safety.•Keep detailed records of employee transfers among all shop locations.•Arrange and coordinate employee transfers, ensuring clear communication with respective managers.•Communicate the deployment of new joiners to respective managers upon completion of their training.•Arrange driver schedules for various purposes, including shop visits, Occupational Health card processing, new joiner transportation, and airport and accommodation visits.•Track and arrange the renewal of Occupational Health cards for all employees.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.•At least 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role or related roles•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.•Female candidates preferable to visit Ladies salon for the employee engagement.
