Professional to support our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will assist with HR operations, recruitment coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient internal processes.Responsibilities• Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding• Maintain employee records and HR documentation• Support payroll, leave tracking, and attendance management• Coordinate office operations, supplies, and administrative logistics• Act as a point of contact for internal staff and external vendorsPreferred Qualifications:• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
