Hiring: HR Admin OfficerLocation: Dubai, UAE Company: Al Ikhaa Contracting LLCWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of UAE experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.Key Responsibilities:•Maintain employee records, contracts, and personal files•Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes•Handle visa processing, medical, and Emirates ID applications•Track attendance, leave, and maintain HR reports•Support payroll preparation and employee documentation•Manage day-to-day office administration and support departments•Draft letters, memos, and manage correspondence•Coordinate with PRO, government portals (MOHRE, ICA, etc.) Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field•Minimum 1 year of HR/Admin experience (UAE experience preferred)•Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processing & WPS•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)•Good communication skills in English •Can join immediately or within short notice (preferred)
