Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment process specifically for real estate roles.Maintain and update employee records and HR documentationPrepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materialsHandle visa processing, renewals, and other PRO-related tasksOversee office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operationsSupport management with HR policies, performance evaluations, and employee engagementManage CRM system.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment within the real estate sectorWorking knowledge of CRM systems (real estate CRMs preferred)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsFamiliarity with UAE labor laws and visa processesExcellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
