This role is suited for a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth coordination between employees, management, and external authorities.Role Overview:The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for assisting with HR processes and office administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations while supporting employees throughout their lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview schedulingMaintain accurate employee records, personal files, HR databases, and leave management systemsAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentationPrepare HR letters, internal memos, confirmations, and routine HR reportsCoordinate attendance records and provide payroll-related inputsManage visa processing, medical tests, insurance documentation, and PRO coordinationHandle office administration tasks such as facilities, stationery, logistics, and vendor coordinationAssist with employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and HR policy implementationSupport management with HR documentation, reports, and MIS dataEnsure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal compliance standardsSkills & Competencies:Sound knowledge of HR practices and procedures within the UAEStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and HR management systemsHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skillsAbility to multitask while maintaining confidentiality
