Job Position – Housekeeping Team LeaderCompany Name – Al Benaa Real EstateTo join dedicated team and oversee the daily operations of housekeeping staff. In this role, you will lead a team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained throughout the facility.-Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.-Assign tasks and duties to housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient operations and timely completion of cleaning assignments.-Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality.-Train, motivate, and develop team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety standards, and customer service.-Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained, stocked, and used properly.-Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure a prompt resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.-Work closely with the management team to implement operational improvements and achieve departmental goals.-Manage and maintain cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are cleaned and ready on time.-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and housekeeping policies.-Monitor and report on the performance of housekeeping staff, providing constructive feedback and recognition for achievements.Qualifications:-Previous experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role, preferably within facilities management.-Strong leadership and team management skills.-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.-High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.-Ability to motivate and train staff to deliver quality results.-Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.-Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
