The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations, ensures cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained, and supervises housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest service and a clean, safe environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure timely and efficient cleaning services.Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance.Develop and implement cleaning schedules and checklists.Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.Address guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with company policies and regulations.Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, supplies, and maintenance issues.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety procedures.
