Job Description

Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent; diploma/certificate in housekeeping or hospitality is a plusPrior experience in housekeeping supervision or coordination preferredKey Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are metAssign daily tasks and monitor work schedulesInspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance issuesMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortagesTrain and mentor housekeeping staff on procedures and safety standardsHandle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionallyPrepare reports on housekeeping activities and staff performanceRequirements:Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, or similar establishments is preferredAbility to manage and motivate a team effectively
