The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment for all guests and staff.Key Responsibilities:Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities.Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and disinfect surfaces and floors.Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning.Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times.Maintain the cleanliness of storage and cleaning equipment.Assist with laundry and linen management as needed.Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent preferred.Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is a plus.Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good physical stamina and mobility.
