We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Hostess to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and make a positive first impression.Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using reservation systems.Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer inquiries politely.Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area.Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.Monitor dining room capacity and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.Assist with special events or VIP guests as needed.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Professional appearance and demeanor.
