Job Description

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment. Your role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from arrival to departure.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.Manage reservation bookings and seating arrangements.Assist guests with seating and provide menus.Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the establishment.Coordinate with the service staff to ensure timely and efficient service.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.Uphold the establishments standards of customer service and hospitality.Assist in administrative tasks such as billing and reservations management.Requirements:Proven experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.Good organizational and multitasking skills.Basic computer knowledge (reservation systems, MS Office).Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
