The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests entering the establishment. Responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Provides excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently.Provide menus and answer basic questions about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure timely seating and service.Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area.Assist in managing occupancy levels and flow of guests.Uphold the establishment’s customer service standards and policies.Support other front-of-house duties as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
