HostessJob Location : United Arab EmiratesDuties:•To greet Guests and identify their specific reservation.•To register Guests, ensuring that the necessary details are obtained, i.e. name in full, address, whether company or private booking, special rate, allowances, VIP, charge details, etc.•To collect guests details for database purposes.•To allocate guests according to reservations list, ensuring that this is what the guest has booked or requested is provided in line with the Cycle of Service.•To seat guests in line with the Cycle of Service.•To implement a guest waiting list upon reaching full capacity.•To liaise with, or alert management of any special allergy or dietary requirements.•To be familiar with all aspects of Group Reservations including, but not limited to, set menus, allergy requirements, birthday parties, special functions, etc.•To operate the phone system and the voicemail system as per guidelines.•To be fully trained and have an in-depth understanding of our reservation system.•To ensure cleanliness of all menus daily.•To ensure that the par levels set for menus and other printed tools are always checked and that the venue does not run out of printed materials.•To ensure cleanliness and correct set up of the reception area.
