HostessJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Prepare all preparations for the service, including table planning and menus.•Ensure all menus are clean and ready for operation on floors.•Print any specific menus (buffet, brunch, promotions, etc.) and ensure they are ready for use.•Maintain clean equipment and surfaces.•Set up Micros according to the meal period.•Stay aware of promotions and discounts.•Check daily emails and reservation systems.•Deliver great service to all guests, being the first contact and always aware of their needs.•Prepare table plans according to reservation sheets.•Monitor guest movements and communicate changes with waiting staff and kitchen.•Take orders and provide information to guests as required.•Record guest preferences and document in guest history folio.•Communicate with the chef or kitchen for special requests, dietary requirements, or restrictions.•Deal with challenges, changes, and manage table turnovers during service.•Prepare orders like drinks and snacks if necessary.•Clean tasks during and after service.•Check with managers or coordinator for large party reservations.•Print package forecasts for HB, BB, and FB every day.•Wish Farewell to all guests and encourage repeat customers.
