HostessJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Maintain accurate records in our reservation system, ensuring seamless communication with management.•Take and manage reservations, as well as handle related requests in a professional manner.•Stay up-to-date on operations, services offered, operating hours, and all food and beverage options.•Craft the perfect seating strategy, effectively managing the operational flow of the restaurant.•Greet guests warmly and assist them in a positive, welcoming, and professional manner.•Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a sense of urgency.•Maintain awareness of guest preferences and compile guest history to offer personalized service at all times.•Proactively address any guest questions or challenges that may arise.•Process records and make necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions.•Accurately handle paperwork, stock, and maintain the host stand in an organized manner.Job Details :•A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.•A positive attitude, warm smile, and charming personality with excellent manners, communication, and organizational skills.•The ability to multitask and time-manage in a fast-paced environment, focusing attention on guest needs while remaining calm and kind.•Proficiency in MS Office and strong knowledge of reservation systems.•Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
