Job Description

We are looking to hire a Hostess for our new project , High-end SPA and Wellness Center In Bluewaters Dubai (UAE)The ideal candidate for this position will display the following attributes:

  • High School (GED Education) or at least 2 full years as a hostess working in a multi-cultural in 5-star environment.
  • Ability to handle large guest volumes daily.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Russian / English.
  • Computer basic skills.
  • HACCP awareness.
  • Other languages would be an added advantage.
Duties :
  • Maintains complete knowledge of the features, services, rates, and promotions
  • Collects guest information (name, email, nationality, area of living) to maintain a guest database and nationality mix.
  • Knows each reservations and makes necessary arrangements for special requests, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
  • Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards guests and colleagues.
  • Develop strong, productive, professional relationships with guests.
  • To pay attention to client comments and suggestions, immediately take all required corrective measures and send remarks to the Floor Manager.
  • To attend all the training subjects for the service colleagues and follow all rules and policies
  • To report on the scheduled time, clean and tidy, and wear the correct uniform.
  • To handle cash and credit card procedures according to the guidelines of the accounting department.
