We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Homeroom Teacher to create a positive and engaging classroom environment for students. The teacher will be responsible for managing daily classroom activities, fostering student development, and collaborating with parents and staff to support student success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.Manage classroom behavior and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.Organize and supervise extracurricular activities and events.Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behavior.Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance teaching practices.Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other student data.Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to engage students.Support the social and emotional development of students.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Education or related field.Valid teaching certification/license as per regional requirements.Prior experience in classroom teaching preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to foster a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere.
