Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in NursingPrior experience in home healthcare or community nursing is preferredKey Responsibilities:Provide nursing care to patients at home in accordance with DHA standards and company policies.Monitor and record patients’ health conditions, vital signs, and progress.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.Assist with patient mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities.Educate patients and families on disease management, health maintenance, and post-hospital care.Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals as required.Maintain accurate and updated patient documentation and reports.Requirements:Prior experience in home healthcare or patient care is preferredWillingness to travel to patients’ homes as required
