Job Description

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Type: Full-timeLooking for a highly organized and customer-focused Helpdesk Coordinator to oversee and manage our daily IT support operations. If you have hands-on experience with ITSM tools and a passion for delivering efficient technical support, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:– Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and support requests.– Log, track, escalate, and close incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.– Maintain communication with users throughout the support process.Qualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.– Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Support Coordinator role.– Proven experience working with ITSM tools.Knowledge & Skills:– Strong understanding of the ITIL framework (ITIL certification is a plus).– Familiar with remote desktop tools, basic hardware/software troubleshooting.– Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows OS, and ticket escalation processes.
