Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between AI/tech teams and healthcare professionals, understanding technical AI concepts and translating them into clear business value propositions.Gather, analyze, and articulate clinical and business requirements for AI projects.Assist in designing AI solutions that meet healthcare operational and clinical needs.Communicate AI capabilities, limitations, and benefits to non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and healthcare teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.Support change management and user training related to AI tools and systems.Monitor and report on the progress and impact of AI implementations.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.Experience working in healthcare technology, AI, or digital health projects.Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and healthcare data.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical language into business terms and vice versa.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project requirements.Prior experience with AI or digital health projects is preferred.
