Perfect for undisturbed me-time or family fun at the weekend, members receive exclusive benefits including private beach access, complimentary hotel stays, spa treatments and discounts to many of Jumeirah?s finest dining experiences.The main purpose of this role is to manage the J Club at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, be responsible and accountable for the service, safety, and profit/loss of the business in addition to the daily management of the business.The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Ensure that each new member of the club is put through the New Member Journey and that all club staff follows through on their responsibilities to provide on-going support.
• Liaise with the Sales Manager to drive monthly/yearly Membership Sales - Individual & Team Performance to Budget
• Drive personal training revenue and customer service
• Oversee development of activities and initiatives to generate leads by networking the local area and maximising the opportunities for sales.
• Membership Forms & Contracts with accurate Joining Fee Charges and Monthly dues
• Ensure that each member of the club has signed a copy of the terms and conditions, disclaimer, and physical readiness questionnaire before using the facility
• To assist coordination of marketing plans to drive new memberships and retain existing members
• Follow all standard operating procedures, as specified by Jumeirah and Dubai Municipality.
• Designing and promoting activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue

• Create and develop innovative classes and programs that support the J Club brand

• Provide coaching, counselling, and discipline to colleagues to ensure their capability to meet the needs of the customer and the organization.
• Recruit, hire, lead, train, motivate, develop, and evaluate all colleagues
• Conduct regular staff meetings in the form of daily briefings, weekly and monthly meetings and maintain close communication with the colleagues.
• Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

About the Role:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Educated to level of Internationally recognized Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor?s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma
• A customer-focused, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• The ability to relate to the requirements of customers from all age groups and sectors of society, including people with special needs.
• Management of a multi- cultural team
• Project Management

• Experience working in the Health and Fitness industry in a 5-star Hospitality environment
• High level of written and verbal business English
• Organised and able to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Competent in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
