Health and Safety OfficerJob Location : UAEJob Details :•Initiates and oversees the development of a comprehensive patient safety improvement program inclusive of the analysis and trending of data related to hospital initiatives•To ensure that all departments and personnel adhere to HSE policies & standards•Coordinates the environment care, safety,security,emergency preparedness, medical equipment, hazardous materials and waste management, life safety, and utilities as they directly relate to the healthcare setting•Maintain premises and arrange proper documents for inspection from legal authorities•To implement emergency preparedness & response procedure including the provision of first aids and implementation of evacuation drill exercise•To support and educate hospital staff to ensure that the incident reporting procedures are used effectively•Responsible for minimizing or removing the risk of accidents and work-related injuries in the workplace•Ensuring robust compliance to health and safety laws and organizational policiesJob Qualifications :•Years of proven experience as health and safety officer with a Medical Background•Bachelor degree in safety management or relevant field is preferred•Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
