As Head of Department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic direction of your subject area, leading a team of passionate educators, and ensuring that teaching and learning standards align with CCSS and 21st-century skills.Key Responsibilities:? Provide leadership in curriculum planning, development, and implementation.? Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality instruction aligned with CCSS.? Mentor and support faculty through professional development and performance evaluations.? Analyze student achievement data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.? Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive department culture.Oversee the integration of technology and best practices into teaching?
