Key Accountabilities:Governance & Standards: Establish and maintain policies to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and safety requirements.Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and manage Governance & Standards teams, promoting core company values.Safety Culture: Foster a safety-first mindset across the business.Continuous Improvement: Lead cross-entity initiatives for process standardization and innovation.Risk Management: Ensure certifications and approvals remain valid through proactive risk management.Team Development: Identify skills gaps and enhance team performance through training.Audit Program: Oversee the integrated audit program to ensure alignment with business needs.Performance Measurement: Collaborate with stakeholders to track and improve process indicators.Representation: Act as senior management representative for escalated governance and standards concerns.RequirementsCompetencies:Strategic ThinkingDecision MakingManaging PerformanceCommercial AwarenessRelationship ManagementExperience & Qualifications:Minimum: 12+ years in quality management, including 7 years leading quality teams in complex systems engineering programs.Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant vocational qualification.CQI ‘Practitioner’ grade or above, ISO9001 Lead Auditor certification.Preferred: 8+ years of defense industry experience, Master’s degree in Quality, multiple lead auditor certifications (e.g., AS9100/ISO9001).You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
