You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the private label product strategy for our mother, baby, and child product categories. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and manage a portfolio of private label brands that meet customer needs and align with our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product development, market trends, and a passion for creating exceptional products.Key Responsibilities:Private Label Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive private label strategy that aligns with the companys goals and objectives.Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, including ideation, design, sourcing, manufacturing, and quality control.Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform product development decisions.Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.Brand Management: Manage the branding and packaging of private label products, ensuring they are attractive and resonate with our target audience.Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to maintain the highest product quality standards.Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for private label initiatives, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive successful product launches and marketing campaigns.Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve private label products and drive growth.Compliance: Ensure that all private label products comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
