Head of Operations - Digital Assets - Abu Dhabi - ADGM UAE, Dubai / Full-time Onsite or Remote / Operations Responsibilities: - Monitor daily trading operational activities and coordinate between internal and external parties to resolve issues - Partner with internal partners (Corporate Treasury, Compliance, Sales/Trading) to ensure the operational processes are enabling business growth in an efficient manner- Structured risk management approach to enhance governance and structure of daily operations- Assess business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation ideas- Manage local the teamRequirements: - At least 5 to 10 years of experience in FX/investment banking / capital markets/, ideally with experience or exposure to crypto exchange markets- At least 1 to 2 years of experience managing a team - Start-up experience & entrepreneurial mentality and ownership mindset- Strong understanding of exchange operations and/or crypto trading business (order book, liquidity, trading rules reference data)- Effective communicator- Able to work independently, but also collaboratively with teams across different business units and regions- Someone who is geographically mobile is advantageousPrivacy Preference Center Manage Consent PreferencesAlways Active
