We are seeking a dynamic, visionary Head of Mathematics with proven leadership experience in CBSE schools across the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a strong academic foundation, strategic thinking, and a passion for excellence in mathematics education. As the department head, you will lead a team of educators, drive curriculum innovation, ensure data-driven instruction, and foster a growth-oriented culture for both staff and students.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage the Mathematics Department to ensure academic excellence.Oversee the implementation and continuous enhancement of the CBSE Mathematics curriculum from Grades 6 to 12.Design, review, and align lesson plans and assessments in accordance with CBSE and school standards.Monitor and analyze student performance data to implement targeted academic interventions.Conduct departmental audits, classroom observations, and professional development workshops.Collaborate with school leadership to support interdisciplinary planning and whole-school initiatives.Ensure high standards of teaching practices through regular coaching, appraisal, and feedback.Lead school-level mathematics events, Olympiads, and external benchmarking initiatives.Maintain full compliance with UAE?s educational regulations and documentation protocols.Eligibility Criteria:Educational Qualifications:Bachelor?s & Master?s degree in Mathematics or relevant subjectB.Ed. is mandatoryExperience:Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in UAE-based CBSE schoolsProven track record in managing academic departments and improving student outcomesSkills & Expertise:Deep understanding of CBSE curriculum design, assessments, and differentiationStrategic leadership with hands-on experience in teacher training and curriculum planningExcellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skillsTech-savvy with experience in digital tools and learning platformsFamiliarity with UAE Ministry of Education/Attestation requirements
