Head of Leasing - Real Estates

Our Client:Our Client, a boutique real estate agency is looking for a Head of Leasing to join their team.The Leasing Manager is responsible for managing the leasing activities for our residential properties. This role involves leading a team of leasing agents, implementing effective leasing strategies, and ensuring a seamless leasing process from prospecting to move-in. The Leasing Manager will work closely with property owners, residents, and maintenance teams to maintain high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.Your Responsibilities:Team Leadership:

• Supervise and lead a team of leasing agents, providing training and guidance.
• Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Leasing Strategy:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize property occupancy.
• Analyze market trends and competitive properties to adjust pricing and promotions.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of leasing activity.

Prospecting and Marketing:

• Oversee the development of marketing materials and advertisements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target demographics.

Tenant Relations:

• Ensure a smooth and efficient application process for prospective residents.
• Coordinate lease signings and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Address resident concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Lease Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough background checks and screening of prospective tenants.
• Manage lease renewals and rent increases as necessary.

Financial Management:

• Monitor and report on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and revenue.
• Prepare and manage leasing budgets.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate rent collection.

Property Tours:

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
• Showcase the propertys features and amenities.
• Provide detailed information on leasing terms and policies.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in property leasing or property management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
