Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the school’s inclusion policies and strategies.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external specialists to support students with diverse learning needs.Conduct assessments to identify students requiring additional support or accommodations.Develop and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support programs.Provide professional development and training for staff on inclusive practices, differentiation, and special educational needs.Promote awareness and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the school community.Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards related to inclusive education.Monitor the effectiveness of inclusion initiatives and adapt strategies accordingly.Foster a culture of acceptance, respect, and support for all students.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven experience in inclusive education, special educational needs, or related roles.Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and learning support strategies.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.Passion for promoting equity and access in education.
